MERCEDES-BENZ ME APP
EyeEm Productions from Europe commissioned TFTSTUDIO to conduct a shoot for Daimler (Germany) for their Mercedes-Benz brand.
The Mercedes-Benz Me app campaign shoot is a worldwide effort to localised the stories of a Mercedes-Benz customer using their new app.
It is told in a sequence of images that will be used on the app or on social channels.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions and lockdowns, the EyeEm agency was not able to fly down to Singapore to conduct the shoot. However, we coordinated with the client (Daimler Germany), the agency (EyeEm), and with the help of the local office (Daimler Singapore) over a distance of 10,000 km apart and multiple timezones to seamlessly produce the shoot through countless emails and many video meetings.
Despite not being able to meet in person with our clients, we had a great working relationship that produced the shoot on time, on budget for their worldwide launch.
DIGITAL IMAGING
For the accident/breakdown scene, since would be too expensive to actually damage the real car, we had to photoshop a dent and scratches realistically onto the car itself.

DEALER SEARCH:
Mercedes-Benz customers encounter faulty wipers on their journey, uses the Mercedes-Benz Me app to search for a dealer to get them to replace on the go.

Mercedes-Benz customer books service appointments seamlessly from the app.
HOW - TO :
Mercedes-Benz customer encounters a issue with the wiper fluid, fires up the app and gets video instructions on how to solve the problem.
